Returns & Exchanges

We offer returns, excluding final sale or discounted items within 30 days from receiving your order for a full refund. 100% satisfaction is our goal!

The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees for returns unless the return is a result of an error on our part - item was defective or the wrong item was shipped.

When returning an item, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item once it's arrived back. We will apply a credit to your credit card or original method of payment. Refunds typically take a few days to process.  

When wanting to exchange an item, we suggest placing another order for the desired items because items sell out quickly so this is the easiest way to ensure you receive the items you want and we will process the refund as we receive it. 

If we receive a return without prior communication, we reserve the right to refund payment.
