How soon after I order will my order ship?

We are proud to say all of our bows are hand made! We typically have bows already made and ship orders in 1-3 days from date of placing an order. Our goal is to send out items as quickly as possible. You will receive an email once your order ships. We ship via USPS and orders are typically received within 2-5 business days after it's shipped depending on location. 

How much is shipping?

Shipping in the US is free on orders over $40. Orders less than $40 have a $3.90 flat rate shipping charge.

How does the subscription work?

Each month we launch a new set of 3 bows (and some other fun items). If you purchase the Monthly Bow Subscription product during the month, you'll receive the monthly set of the month we are in. You're able to subscribe until the last day of the month to receive that product. On the 1st of the next month, you'll be charged for the next month's set and we'll have it sent out the next day. You're able to modify style from nylon headband to a clip and can cancel at anytime.

Can I add products to my subscription before it ships?

Yes! When you subscribe, you're able to log into your account to manage your subscription. On the first day of the month, our new products will go live and you'll have until 3pm Mountain Time to log in to add any other products to that order before it's placed. To log in go to heyhoneyapparelco.com/account > use the same email you used to place your order > Manage Subscription > Click on "See More Details" > Scroll down to "One Time Purchase" and search/add any products you can't live without! 
 

Do you ship internationally?

We ship in the US as well as Canada. We're working to expand our shipping internationally. Send us an email and we can get you a custom shipping quote to anywhere in the world. Be sure to follow us on Instagram (@heyhoneyapparel) so you don't miss out on any exciting updates! 

What are your headbands made of?

Our headbands are a one-size-fits-all made out of a soft, beige nylon. 

Do you have other colors of nylon headbands?

Our headbands all come with a beige nylon headband. Send us an email at heyhoneyapparel@gmail.com if you would like a color change and we can see what we can do!

What is the difference between the clip and nylon headband?

The clips are a metal prong clip. It's perfect for longer hair. My favorite way to style it is to do a mini pony and clip a bow in there! (Or Piggie sets. I LOVE those)
Our nylon headbands are a soft, beige nylon that is great for newborns.

Can I send an order as a gift?

Yes! If you put the recipients name and address in the ship-to fields. Then just leave a note on your order letting us know it is a gift and leave a personal message if you would like. We will be sure to write out your message on a card for you! 

Can I return my order?

What are the dimensions of your bows?

Most of the small bows (on a clip and nylon headband) measure ~ 3" x 2"
Large Bows range from: ~4" x 2 1/2" to ~4" x 5 1/2"
Small Ribbon bows: ~2 1/2" x 1" 
Tulle Bows: ~ 3 1/4" x 2"
